All of these sources are based on The Witcher series, which are written by Andrzej Sapkowski. The book follows Geralt of Rivia, the titular Witcher, a man who has magical abilities who can defeat magical monsters.
The quote comes from several sources. The original quote came from the book, The Last Wish, which is a compilation of short stories. Geralt gives the quote when asked to kill Renfri.
